These Loyalty & Reward Points Terms ("Points Terms") supplement MYEAI's main Terms & Conditions and form part of the agreement between you and MYEAI.

1. Purpose of the Programme

1.1 The MYEAI Loyalty & Reward Points programme (the "Programme") is a promotional loyalty scheme that allows eligible users to earn points ("Points") and use them to obtain discounts or benefits on certain MYEAI goods and services available through the Platform.

1.2 Points are designed to operate as a closed-loop loyalty benefit within the Platform.

2. Definitions

"Points" means promotional loyalty units credited to your MYEAI account under this Programme.
"Eligible Purchase" means a purchase or action designated by MYEAI as earning Points (for example: subscription payments, renewals, referrals, or participation milestones).
"Rewards" means discounts, fee offsets, or benefits offered by MYEAI that may be obtained using Points.

3. Key Characteristics of Points (Important)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

No monetary value. Points have no cash value and do not constitute money, electronic money, a payment instrument, a cryptoasset, an investment, or a deposit.
No redemption for cash. Points cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into money, fiat currency, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any cash equivalent.
Closed-loop use only. Points can only be used to obtain Rewards from MYEAI on the Platform.
Non-transferable. Points are personal to your account and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, assigned, sublicensed, traded, or otherwise moved to any other user or third party.
No off-platform use. Points cannot be removed from the Platform or used outside the Programme.

4. Earning Points

4.1 MYEAI may award Points for Eligible Purchases or other qualifying actions as described on the Platform.

4.2 The rate at which Points are earned, and the actions that qualify, may vary by plan, region, campaign, or time period.

4.3 Points are awarded at MYEAI's discretion and may be subject to verification, caps, minimum thresholds, and anti-fraud checks.

4.4 Points may not be earned on taxes, chargebacks, refunded amounts, disputed payments, or where prohibited by law.

5. Using Points

5.1 You may use Points only for Rewards made available by MYEAI at the time you choose to apply Points.

5.2 Rewards may include (by way of example) subscription discounts, partial fee offsets, access to selected features, or MYEAI educational products/services.

5.3 The number of Points required for any Reward, and Reward availability, may change over time.

5.4 Points may not be used to purchase anything that is not offered by MYEAI and may not be used to pay third parties.

6. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 You must not:

(a) attempt to sell or trade Points (including via third-party sites or "account sales");
(b) transfer Points or attempt peer-to-peer exchange;
(c) use bots, scripts, or abusive tactics to earn Points;
(d) exploit pricing, referral, or checkout loopholes;
(e) represent Points as an investment, income, or cash equivalent; or
(f) create or facilitate any secondary market for Points.

6.2 Breach of this section may result in forfeiture of Points, suspension/termination of your account, and/or reversal of Rewards.

7. Expiry, Forfeiture, and Account Closure

7.1 Points may expire. If expiry applies, the applicable period will be shown on the Platform or in your account.

7.2 Points may be forfeited if:

(a) your account is terminated for breach of the Terms;
(b) Points were earned through fraud, abuse, or error;
(c) a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, or disputed; or
(d) required by law or a regulator.

7.3 If your account is closed, any unused Points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

8. Changes, Suspension, or Termination of the Programme

8.1 MYEAI may modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme (including earning rates, eligible actions, Rewards, or redemption thresholds) at any time.

8.2 Where changes materially reduce your ability to use Points you have already earned, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice via the Platform or email.

8.3 Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Points Terms.

9. Errors, Availability, and Liability

9.1 MYEAI may correct Points balances if Points were incorrectly credited or debited, including due to technical issues or human error.

9.2 We do not guarantee that any particular Reward will be available at any time.

9.3 Nothing in these Points Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, MYEAI is not liable for any indirect losses arising from the Programme, or for Rewards being unavailable.

10. Tax

10.1 You are responsible for any tax consequences that may arise from receiving or using Rewards, if applicable in your jurisdiction.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Points Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
